At 15% VAT, the monthly total is SAR 115 for QoreGlow NOW, or SAR 172.50 with the analytics add-on.

QoreGlow reviews and approves your shop before sending an invitation. After accepting it, you start a one-month free trial — no card required and no automatic charges. Complete your shop details, configure delivery and invoicing, add your catalogue, then activate ordering and share your QR code or link.

After the free trial, the subscription is SAR 100 per shop per month + VAT, with optional analytics at SAR 50 per month + VAT. You are never charged automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need an account?+
No. Customers order as guests using their name, mobile number, and delivery location.
Who delivers the groceries?+
Your shop arranges and handles delivery. NOW does not provide a driver service.
How do customers pay?+
Customers pay your shop on delivery. Online customer payments are not included in the initial release.
What happens when an item is unavailable?+
Your team excludes it from the supplied order, and it is not charged. A suitable replacement can be selected; higher-priced replacements require the customer’s prior opt-in.
Can I set delivery charges and a minimum order?+
Yes. You control delivery charges, minimum order value, opening hours, and delivery area from your shop administration panel.
Is analytics included?+
Detailed owner analytics is an optional add-on for SAR 50 per shop per month, plus VAT.
What happens when the subscription expires?+
New ordering stops, while your team can continue fulfilling orders already received.
Does NOW include integrated tax invoicing?+
The initial release provides printable commercial invoices with configured VAT and sales records. It does not include an integrated fiscal or e-invoicing issuing system.
